Class A and Class B misdemeanor cases in Dallas are handled by Dallas County Courts at Law and maintained by the Dallas County Clerk. Class C misdemeanor cases filed in Dallas Municipal Court are city-level records and are not part of the county court system. Those records stay with the municipal court.

Dallas Municipal Court
